Mindful Kids Miami Presents a Mindful Evening of Gratitude

Get together for this special virtual fundraising soiree by Mindful Kids Miami. And did we mention there will be a chocolate tasting by Cao Chocolates?
Mindful Kids Miami, Inc. is a non-profit that offers a catalog of gold-standard mindfulness programs and workshops to carry out their mission of bringing the benefits of mindfulness to all kids in Miami-Dade County. They specialize in training adults who interact with children daily, such as educators, to embody mindfulness for themselves and to share age-appropriate activities that they learn with their students. Tune in and join them in honoring Dr. Amishi Jha as the fourth Ambassador of Mindfulness.
Tickets for the full experience ($150) include a gift bag delivered to your door (Miami only) with a sushi-style vegan spread by Plant Miami, two artisan chocolate bars from CAO Chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a can of Moment, an adaptogen-infused beverage. RSVP here.

Each November, Miami proudly welcomes one of the country’s premier literary events: the Miami Book Fair. Renowned authors, poets, journalists and critics will host readings, panel discussions and lectures about their latest work. This year’s festival will be a hybrid event, with its 300+ authors featured both in-person and online.

Wine down and get ready to find your Zen! Join the Vecinos Market family for an evening of wellness and hopping. Starting at 7 PM, go on an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. At the end of class, guests can also enjoy an educational clean beauty workshop hosted by licensed esthetician and beauty and wellness expert, Shiri Sarfati of 23 Skin. Vecinos Market will also be pouring wine as attendees can browse and shop through a holiday edition bazaar!
