Ingredients:
• 1 cup sliced Strawberries
• 12 slices Brioche Bread (Thick sliced)
• ½ cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
• ½ cup evaporated milk
• 1/4 cup condensed milk
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
• 1 8oz package cream cheese
• 2 tbsp of minced fresh Basil
• 2 whole eggs beaten
• Pinch of salt
• 1 lb butter
• ¼ cup maple syrup
Cooking Directions:
- Blend cream cheese and ½ cup of sliced strawberries and maple syrup then incorporate minced Basil
- Spread mixture evenly onto sliced Brioche and make 6 sandwiches
- Mix all milks, eggs, and cinnamon powder separately
- Dip sandwiches into the milk mixture
- Melt butter onto a pan at medium high heat
- Sear french toast sandwiches on each side for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy
- Serve immediately and top with remaining sliced strawberries, fresh basil, and a drizzle of maple syrup and condensed milk
