Make mofongo with this meal kit by Chef Jose Mendin from La Placita. Chef Mendin is a five-time James Beard award semi-finalist for "Best Chef, Southeast" and he will show us how to make mofongo from his native Puerto Rico in a live virtual cooking event on September 11th at 7:00PM EST.
